Jane  was highly professional and personable. I was moving from London to a  rural location, and looking for the ideal property to rent for myself  and my gorgeous dog (Vladimir). Having lived in my current property for  over 23yrs, it had been a long time since I was last searching to rent a  property, and wow, how the landscape had changed! Everything now online  and Jane even facilitated my viewing by FaceTime! From the moment I  said "yes" Jane went out of her way to get checks completed ASAP, broker  details with the landlord and reassure me that my dog was welcome! She  was very responsive to messages and WhatsApp's (even at the weekend) and  I would definitely recommend her and the services of Citrus Sales &  Lettings

From start to Finish Jane has been fantastic to deal with and has kept me updated every step of the way with our now , new home! Always at the end of the phone, worked brilliantly with the landlord which has been great for me and has gone above and beyond with what I imagined would be a very stressful process!! No sooner had I spoken to Jane of Citrus Lettings I knew I  was in safe hands. My past experiences of using a letting agents had  been somewhat clinical however, Citrus Lettings provides the personal  touch. Regrettably, my poor credit history had proven to be a stumbling block, however, this never overwhelmed Jane as she  continued to provide solutions. The customer service and experience I  received was outstanding and I could not recommend them enough.

MORE THAN 5 STARS My experience with Jane was a short one but that’s because she took charge and made sure we were in our new home when we needed to be. She is very professional and on the ball! And such a lovely person in general!

CITRUS LETTINGS = EXCELLENT SERVICE. Jane is a walking/talking encyclopaedia of property lettings and property management ‘do’s and don’ts. Jane provided ‘above and beyond’ assistance when I decided to let my property.Any queries I had were answered by Jane either immediately or within a very timely manner.
I would highly recommend Jane and Citrus Lettings if you are considering letting your property, there is no need to consider going elsewhere.
